Eatin' Good in the 'hood

Well, as many of you know, Nathan and I work together as telephone men now. It's scary as all get out! The most interesting part of our day usually comes at lunch time, however. If we are on the road, we will stop and eat somewhere, and it's usually somewhere good! (If we are in the office though, Nathan has to go home and take a nap because he's a stick in the mud and he thinks the hair fairy visits during lunchtime).

I want to know what your favorite places to eat are around West Tennessee. I'll start the ball rolling by pointing out that when in Huntingdon, over in Carroll County, we ALWAYS eat at Mallard's. It's WONDERFUL.

The hair fairy doesn't visit at lunchtime?

Seriously, we do discover some great places to eat, but it certainly won't hurt to hear suggestions from your readers!

I suggest eating in Jackson more often so you're lovely wife can enjoy your company.

If you are in Adamsville eat at the Sawmill. Great country cooking and as they say, "If you eat hungry it's your own fault."
